Terms and Conditions

1. Prohibited Items

The hotel reserves the right to remove or confiscate the following items found inside rooms without prior notice. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss, or costs incurred due to violations:

• Pets (except registered guide dogs) or livestock

• Pillows, bed sheets, duvets, or any hotel bedding items

• Electrical appliances or equipment used for heating or cooking

2. Guest Conduct

• The hotel reserves the right to require any guest to leave immediately without refund or compensation if they are found using the hotel irresponsibly, causing damage, or compromising the safety and well-being of guests, staff, or property.

• The hotel maintains a safe and family-friendly environment. Guests must ensure that all companions meet the legal age requirement for check-in and stay, except for minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Non-Smoking Policy

• Smoking inside hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. A penalty of PHP 10,000.00 will be charged for violations.

4. Payment Policy

• Walk-in guests are required to pay upon check-in.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM

 Late Check-Out Fees:

 • 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM – 50% of the Room Amount

• After 6:00 PM – Full one-night charge

 6. Reservation Deposit

• A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure reservations.

7. Extended Stay Policy

• Guests wishing to extend their stay must settle their account before check-out time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic shutdown of the room’s power supply.

8. Energy Conservation

• Guests are kindly requested to turn off the TV and air conditioning when leaving the room.

9. Prohibited Substances

• The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be reported to the authorities.

10. Swimming Pool & Bar Hours

 • Pool: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Bar: 6:00 AM – 12:00 MN 

11. Extra Charges

 • Extra person: PHP 500.00 per person

• No charge for 1 child below 7 y/o 

 12. Incident Policy

• Any incident, accident, or damage inside hotel premises must be reported immediately to the front desk or management. The hotel will assess the situation and take necessary action.

• The hotel is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings unless proven to be due to hotel negligence.

13. Proof of Identification

• Please have your ID ready upon check-in.

• For any discounts, additional charges, or waivable fees, please be prepared to present a valid proof of identification or any supporting documents as required.

14. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of PHP 2,000.00 is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out if no damages or outstanding charges exist.
